Aouchiche: “The preparation was fruitful.. and I am proud of my first participation with the national team on home soil”
Algerian international player, Aïssam Aouchiche, expressed his satisfaction with the recent preparation of the national team, noting that the "Greens" achieved positive results during the international break, winning two matches and drawing one.
Aouchiche explained, after the match against Niger: “The preparation was good, and the coach gave the opportunity to 26 players, which is positive for getting to know the group and testing as many players as possible.”
The player also added that he feels proud of participating in his first match with the national team on Algerian soil, stating: “I am proud to have played my first match for the national team in Algeria.”
Aouchiche discussed the different rhythms of the team during the match, saying: “We presented two different tempos during the game; the first was fast as we aimed for victory, while the second was slower when the matches became a bit difficult and complicated.”
He concluded his statements by affirming that the team's results during the preparation were positive, saying: “We achieved two wins and a draw, and I believe this preparation was successful.”
