Moroccan Forward Mourad Batna Scores for Al-Fateh SC
Moroccan player Mourad Batna, forward for Al-Fateh SC, continued to showcase his attacking prowess by scoring a goal for his team during their match, which ended in a 4-2 defeat against Neom on Sunday evening, in the seventh round of the Saudi Professional League.
Neom opened the scoring in the 16th minute when Frenchman Alexandre Lacazette converted a penalty, putting the home team ahead from the start.
However, Al-Fateh did not give up, as Batna brought his team back into the game by scoring the equalizer in the 41st minute, ending the first half at 1-1.
In the second half, Amadou Kone added Neom's second goal in the 53rd minute, before Wilfried Kanga brought Al-Fateh back into the match by scoring the equalizer in the 64th minute.
Lacazette returned to give Neom the lead again by scoring the third goal in the 70th minute, before Valentin Fada completed Neom's tally with a fourth goal in the 79th minute, concluding the match with Neom winning 4-2.
It is worth noting that Mourad Batna received a very good rating for his performance in the match, given his impressive level against one of the rising teams in the Saudi league.
