Luca Zidane could immerse himself in a new atmosphere with the Fennecs during the upcoming international break.
Scheduled to be part of the Algerian squad for the double-header against Togo, the CD Leganés goalkeeper could make his first trip to Sub-Saharan Africa with the national team.
Since his international debut in October 2025, the goalkeeper has only played one match in Algeria and four in Morocco. His other appearances have taken place in Europe and North America. The upcoming clash against the Hawks of Togo could therefore provide him with a unique experience in Algerian colors.
After missing the last gathering, Luca Zidane is expected to reclaim his spot in goal. The trip to Lomé, followed by the match scheduled for November 17 at the Kégué Stadium, will present a new challenge for the goalkeeper, who will need to adapt to a different environment.
