Kornfal Turns Professional with French Club Reims
Moroccan Shams Eddine Kornfal, a player for the Olympic national team, has signed his first professional contract with French club Reims after impressing with his performances since the start of the season.
The French club announced that the 20-year-old midfielder has signed a contract that will last until 2029, having caught attention with his play and goals since joining the "Reims Révélations" team last July.
Kornfal stood out last season in the regional first division, where he scored 21 goals in a single season, despite playing as a midfielder, before moving to Reims and knocking on the door of the first team, where he scored a goal in his first match as a professional.
