The AS Vita Club fan support committee has officially contacted the authorities in Kinshasa to announce a major peaceful march scheduled for Tuesday, October 27. Exercising this right guaranteed by the Constitution, the supporters plan to move from social media to civic action to oppose political interference and denounce the repeated violations of their association's rules.
Invoking the famous slogan “The people first” and the principles of the rule of law upheld by the current administration, the supporters of Bana Vea demand strict adherence to the wishes of the members and millions of fans across the country. This civic initiative aims to preserve the independence of this sports institution against the interference of certain political figures who threaten the tranquility of the Kinshasa club.
The gathering is set for this Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a route starting at the Cabu Bridge and ending in front of the Palais du Peuple. Calling for a show of strength in calm, discipline, and dignity, the supporters' leaders urge the entire green and black family to come together in large numbers to defend the club's legacy and demand the restoration of legality.
