Yves Bissouma: the Malian names Abdellah Ouazane as the Lamine Yamal!
Yves Bissouma shared stunning images after the match between Ajax and Atalanta. The Malian midfielder of the Amsterdam club waited for his teammates after the game, capturing two lovely moments in a face-to-face encounter. Here, he greets Abdellah Ouazane, also known as Lamine Yamal.
Bissouma, who cannot participate in the Champions League, awaited his Ajax teammates in the backstage area of the Johan Cruijff ArenA following their 2-0 victory against Atalanta.
As the substitute and goal scorer Ouazane descends the stairs, the midfielder enthusiastically calls out to him. “Lamine Yamal!”, he exclaims, causing Bissouma to laugh.
Tolu also receives a warm welcome from the Malian. Bissouma greets him with a broad smile and a hug, and then the two men head together towards the Ajax dressing room.
Meanwhile, the two Ajax players converse in French. At 30 years old, Bissouma joined Ajax in mid-September, after his contract with Tottenham Hotspur ended this summer.
The Malian made his debut as a substitute away against FC Groningen, but having signed his contract after the registration deadline for the Conference League, Bissouma can only make his European debut with Ajax if the Amsterdam club qualifies for the next round.
Get yourself a teammate like Bissouma 😎
