Excluded from the last gathering of the Greens due to a suspension, Rafik Belghali delivered an encouraging performance yesterday against Udinese.

After more than three weeks of inactivity due to the international break, Torino played the sixth matchday of Serie A yesterday and triumphed over Udinese, with a score of 2-1.

As a starter, the Algerian right-back played his first full match with his new club, remaining on the field for 90 minutes. While not exceptional, particularly in attack, he put in a solid performance.

Quite robust defensively in a five-man defense, he mainly controlled his flank despite some dribbling attempts. Like his left-side teammate, Cacciamani, he mostly preferred to stay in his own half.

His return to the national team in November is highly anticipated after Brahim Hemdani had to improvise in his position. He will have five matches with Torino before the next FIFA window.
