Jawad is the best player in the match against Angola.

Moroccan international Youssef Jouad received the Man of the Match award in the final of the Africa Futsal Cup of Nations (Morocco 2026), which took place between the national team and their Angolan counterparts on Wednesday evening at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Hall in Rabat, ending with the "Atlas Lions" winning five goals to two.

Jouad was chosen for his outstanding performance in this match, thanks to his attacking movements and effectiveness in executing attacks, as well as his strong presence on the field and contribution to the collective performance of the "Atlas Lions."

Jouad made an offensive impact in this match by scoring a goal in the 19th minute, demonstrating his effectiveness in front of goal and his ability to convert available chances into goals.

This individual award marks Youssef Jouad's second recognition during the current edition of the continental tournament, having previously been named Man of the Match in the opening game against Algeria, which ended with Morocco winning four goals to nil, scoring three of those goals himself.

This accolade reflects the prominent presence of the Moroccan player in the national team, led by coach Hicham Daki, and his contribution to the path taken by the "Atlas Lions" throughout the continental tournament.
