Kawkab successfully breaks through KAC Kénitra's defense.

Kawkab Marrakech secured an important victory in Meknes, defeating hosts Kénitra Club by a single goal in a match held this Saturday evening at the Stade Chérifien, as part of the second round of the professional league.

The first half ended in a goalless draw, with both teams exchanging attacks but failing to find the back of the net, and the contest continued in the second half with the same intensity.

In the second half, both teams aimed to score a goal that would give one of them the advantage, until Kawkab Marrakech managed to break through the home defense in the 83rd minute, when Saleh Salami scored the only goal of the match, giving his team a lead they maintained until the final whistle.

With this victory, Kawkab Marrakech earned their first three points of the professional league this season, raising their total to three points and placing them seventh in the standings.

Kénitra Club, on the other hand, remains on three points, staying in fourth place after failing to capitalize on the home advantage and support to achieve a positive result from this match.
