Mohamed Amoura: "Whether with my club or the national team, I give my all."

Before facing Brest, Mohamed Amoura clearly expressed his ambitions with Nice. The Algerian international wants to move on from his time at Lyon and emphasizes his total commitment, both to the club and the national team.
Ahead of OGC Nice's match against Brest this weekend in Ligue 1, Mohamed Amoura participated in "La VAR de la conf’," the club's program where a player answers journalists' questions. The Algerian international notably discussed the 2-1 defeat against Olympique Lyonnais, despite a promising performance from Nice.
"For me, we played well in Lyon, but the result wasn't favorable. It's not a big deal; that's football, it happens: sometimes we lose and sometimes we win, but we are working to achieve victories. Yes, we fought hard, and I love it when we show fighting spirit, even in defeat. We played well in the second half, but it's time to forget this loss and aim for three points against Brest,” Amoura stated.
When asked about his playing style and the roles assigned to him on the field, the Algerian preferred not to delve into tactical details. "That's the coach's strategy; I can't talk about it. We work effectively with him and his staff, and we do everything together,” he simply replied.
However, Amoura was much more expressive when questioned about his commitment. "I give my all for the Algeria jersey and for the club; it touches me deeply. I hope we also please the supporters. Whether I play for the national team or at the club, I invest myself completely; it's the same for me. I am proud of my club and the national team; it’s an honor to wear these jerseys. My role is to defend and attack. I fight for this team because they have trusted me, whether it’s the management, and I am grateful to them.”
