Former Zamalek star Mohamed Ibrahim stated that the team's victories bring joy to its fans during these tough times for the club, emphasizing that achieving positive results both domestically and continentally is more important than performance at this stage.
Zamalek managed to defeat Petrojet on Tuesday in the seventh round of the first phase of the Egyptian Premier League.
Mohamed Ibrahim explained during his appearance on the Zamalekawi program that Mohamed Hamdi faces significant pressure due to playing in the position of Abdallah El Said, noting that Zamalek's goalkeeping is currently the best in Egypt, and that the right-back position has several available substitutes.
The former Zamalek player also added that the team was able to secure a victory over Rwandan army team in the CAF Champions League, despite the poor condition of the pitch, expressing hope for Ahmed El Jafali's participation in upcoming matches.
Mohamed Ibrahim concluded his statements by confirming that Zamalek's match against Arab Contractors in the league will be tough, given the importance of the encounter for the white team.
