Osama Galal, defender for Pyramids FC, shared a photo of himself after undergoing surgery to treat a leg fracture he sustained during team training while preparing for the CAF Champions League match against Gor Mahia.
Osama Galal wrote on his Instagram account: "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. If you count the blessings of Allah, you will not be able to enumerate them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. O Allah, I praise You until You are pleased, and I praise You when You are pleased, and I praise You after You are pleased, and I praise You in every situation."
Dr. Mostafa El-Monairy, head of the medical staff at Pyramids FC, stated that Osama Galal underwent surgery at a hospital in Dokki, where the fracture was internally stabilized using screws. He explained that the player will remain under observation in the hospital for several days before returning home.
The Pyramids doctor also indicated that Osama Galal is expected to be sidelined for a period ranging from 4 to 6 months, depending on his rehabilitation program and how well he responds to treatment in the coming period, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the rehabilitation program effectively.
