Resolve the issue of the women's football team's dues at Zamalek ahead of the upcoming match against Pyramids.

The crisis involving the women's football team at Zamalek has been addressed just hours before their match against Pyramids, scheduled for today as part of the fifth round of the Egyptian Women's Premier League.

Three-Month Delay in Payments

A source within Zamalek revealed in statements to "Youm7" that the players have not received their financial dues for three months, having only received their salary for July. Despite this, the players continued to participate in matches during the past period.

Resolution of Payment Demands Before the Match

The source added that the players submitted a request for their overdue payments, but efforts succeeded in convincing them to play against Pyramids. The team agreed to participate in the match and resumed training yesterday in preparation, with Friday designated as a rest day for the players.

The source clarified that there will be efforts to resolve the issue definitively, in addition to discussing the challenges faced by the women's football team at Zamalek next week, which will help provide stability for the team in the upcoming period.
