Syed Abdel Hafiz to Lead Al Ahly Delegation
Syed Abdel Hafiz has been appointed as the head of the Al Ahly delegation in Uganda, after Mohamed Gamal Al Garhi, a board member, declined the role due to personal circumstances.
Abdel Hafiz is currently reviewing all details related to the team's trip, scheduled for October 14, as well as ensuring arrangements for accommodation, transportation, and training schedules, while coordinating with the technical and administrative staff to provide the best conditions for the team during their stay in Uganda.
Al Ahly places great importance on the trip arrangements, especially since the match against Kitarra marks the beginning of the team's journey in the CAF Confederation Cup, with the coaching staff, led by Moroccan coach Hussein Ammouta, aiming for a positive result in the first leg before the return match in Cairo.
