Sibari undergoes surgery on his ankle.

Ismail Sabiri Undergoes Ankle Surgery
Moroccan international player Ismail Sabiri, forward for Bayern Munich, underwent ankle surgery following an injury sustained during his team's 2-2 draw against Borussia Dortmund last Saturday in the Bundesliga. Medical examinations revealed that Serge Gnabry suffered a hamstring injury.
Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga champions, issued an update on the health status of their players on Sunday after several others in the squad also faced injuries, joining Manuel Neuer, Jamal Musiala, and Luis Díaz, who are also dealing with physical issues.
Bayern stated without providing a timeline for the players' return: “Sabiri suffered a tear in the first fibular ligament in his right ankle and has already undergone surgery. Meanwhile, Gnabry has sustained an injury to his left hamstring.”
The statement did not mention Michael Olise, who left the field limping in the closing minutes of the match against Dortmund.
Bayern added that the surgery performed on Sabiri, the Moroccan player who joined the team in a major transfer during the summer window, was successful.
Gnabry (31 years old) had recently returned to fitness after missing Germany's troubled World Cup campaign due to a groin injury.
Frequent injuries are significantly affecting the Bavarian team, increasing the pressure on the player roster, especially with head coach Vincent Kompany absent for three matches so far due to illness.
Bayern had to field three players in the left-back position during the second half of the Dortmund match, reflecting the extent of the team's shortage.
Bayern, which has previously confirmed its lack of interest in making signings during the upcoming winter transfer window in January, is preparing to face Atletico Madrid next Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League.
