Valencia to On Sport: There is no truth to the news of Aliou Dieng's transfer, and the player is receiving offers from European clubs.

Ibrahim Abdel Jawad, host of the "Malab On" program, clarified the situation regarding Malian midfielder Elio Diang's potential return to the Egyptian league in January, amid reports suggesting he might leave Valencia due to the club's desire to cut salary expenses.

Elio Diang Will Not Return to the Egyptian League

Ibrahim Abdel Jawad stated during the Malab On program: "We contacted Valencia, and they confirmed that Javier Aguirre has recently taken over as the team's head coach and has the authority to decide Elio Diang's future. All rumors about the player leaving are inaccurate, and if a separation occurs between Valencia and Diang, he will head to Europe as he has several offers."

Spanish media reports have indicated a new development regarding Elio Diang, the former Al Ahly midfielder, with Valencia considering the possibility of his departure during the upcoming winter transfer window.

According to the Spanish website "blanquinegres," citing the newspaper "AS," Valencia's management is preparing to put Elio Diang on the transfer market in January as part of their plan to restructure the squad and create space in the salary budget for new signings.

Valencia Considers Parting Ways with Elio Diang

Elio Diang joined Valencia from Al Ahly, with the Spanish club officially announcing his signing on July 7. However, the Malian player has yet to establish himself as a key figure in the team as the club's management had hoped.

Diang participated in all of Valencia's matches under Carlos Corberan, but he has only started two matches as a regular, and his role has noticeably diminished recently, especially with Oscar Sanchez taking over as the interim head coach.
