After receiving countless applications for the coveted title in grand prix racing, the Heineken x F1 Season Ticket has narrowed it down to six contenders – and now F1 enthusiasts can cast their votes to determine the winner.

The nominees – hailing from the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, Czechia, and the USA – have all presented their cases for the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, which will grant one of them complimentary travel, lodging, and access to every F1 race in the upcoming season.

This competition invited F1 fans worldwide to express their enthusiasm for the sport and articulate why they, above all others, should be awarded an unforgettable season of racing, where they will engage with unique events, connect with fellow fans, and witness the action live.

Heineken created this initiative to highlight the bonds that can be forged through a mutual passion for the sport, emphasizing that ‘Fans Have More Friends.’

F1 admirer Brandon Burgess was the inaugural holder of the golden ticket and has been sharing his experiences with nearly 150,000 followers on his social media platforms this season. His journey is now nearing its conclusion – and it’s time to select the next ‘star’ to take up his legacy.

Global shortlist

The array of submissions reflects the sport’s worldwide fan community and the extensive reach of the competition – each of the final six has a distinctive narrative to share, with their own reasons for deserving this exceptional reward.

Callum, from Scotland, reminisces about pretending to be Michael Schumacher in front of the TV as a child. A passionate film photographer, he states: “I’d love to take you behind the scenes of the F1 season ticket and reveal the people and places of F1 through film.”

Dale, representing New Zealand, expresses his desire to uncover the “F1 world” behind each race, delving into the unique individuals, cultures, and fans. “I want to meet the people who make it special and bring everyone along for the journey,” he shares.

Lukas, residing in Czechia, mentions that winning the prize would “finally provide some peace for my sofa” and promises fans they can “be the team boss” by assigning him challenges for each race weekend, with updates shared throughout the season.

India, from the UK, identifies herself as a “completely ordinary fan” aiming to make the upcoming year “extraordinary” – she also invited fellow fans to create fun challenges for her during each race, stating that winning would “unite my two passions of F1 and exploring the world.”

Joy, whose home race in Singapore occurred earlier this month, hopes to use this opportunity to experience “the excitement and sportsmanship” of F1 globally and to connect with those around her who share the same enthusiasm.

Jose, from the USA, appreciates not just the racing but also the strategy, technology, and teamwork that define F1. After attending his home race in Las Vegas last year, he remarked: “Traveling to every race in 2027 would genuinely be a dream come true.”
