Serie A side Fiorentina has put forth an enhanced proposal to Wolverhampton Wanderers for Super Eagles forward Tolu Arokodare.
The Viola's initial offer for the 25-year-old was turned down by Wolves last week, but they have now returned with a revised bid aiming to persuade the Premier League club to approve the transfer.
Romano Shares the Latest Update
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reports that Fiorentina’s most recent offer is set up as a loan deal with a purchase option for €22 million.
“Fiorentina submits a new proposal to acquire Tolu Arokodare as discussions with Wolves progress,” Romano noted on X.

Discussions between the two clubs are continuing, with Fiorentina optimistic about finalizing a deal for the Nigerian international, who has become one of their key attacking targets this summer.
Arokodare Struggles at Wolves
The forward joined the Sky Bet Championship team from Belgian Pro League side KRC Genk last summer.
Arokodare scored three goals and provided one assist in 33 league matches for the Old Gold.
He remains under contract with Wolves until 2029, with the club having the option to extend his contract for another year.
