Super Falcons defender Shukurat Oladipo has inked a new three-year agreement with Italian champions AS Roma.
The Giallorossi confirmed Oladipo’s contract renewal in a statement released on the club’s official website.
Oladipo Secures Future With AS Roma
“AS Roma is thrilled to announce that Shukurat Oladipo has renewed her contract with the club until 30 June 2029,” the statement reads.
“A central defender, Oladipo joined the Giallorossi in February 2025, and has made 32 appearances for the club to date.

“During the 2025/26 season, she played a key role in our Scudetto and Coppa Italia victories. Shukurat has also been a consistent member of the Nigerian senior national team since the 2024/25 season.
Rising Impact In Italy
The 21-year-old transitioned to AS Roma from Nigeria Women Football League team FC Robo Queens in 2025.
She was honored as the Best Defender in the Italian Women’s League last season, highlighting her growing impact and exceptional performances for the club.
The adaptable defender has also been selected for Nigeria’s squad for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, which kicks off in Morocco later this month.
