The organizing committee for the "Super Globe" FIFA Club World Cup has appointed Yasser Al-Ramli as the tournament director. The event will take place in the New Administrative Capital in September.
Al Ahly will begin its matches on September 25 against the winner of the encounter between Hungarian team Veszprém and Australian side Sydney, before facing Kuwaiti club Burgan on September 27 and German team Fox Berlin on September 29.
Meanwhile, Zamalek will play its first match in the qualifying round on September 24 against American club Los Angeles.
The draw results are as follows:

- Difaâ El Jadidi (Morocco)
- Pinheiros (Brazil)
- The winner of the match between Zamalek and Los Angeles
Group B:
- Fox Berlin (Germany)
- Al Ahly
- Burgan (Kuwait)
- The winner of the match between Veszprém and Sydney University (Australia)
The tournament features two representatives from Egypt: Al Ahly and Zamalek. Al Ahly has qualified directly to the group stage as the host nation's representative, while Zamalek aims to advance through the preliminary round to secure a spot in the main tournament of the World Handball Championship.
