Africa Karate Championship: Algeria's Women Win Bronze in Kata
The national women's team secured a bronze medal in the team kata event at the Africa Karate Championship held in Algiers from September 9 to 13.
This achievement was made possible by the trio of Neryman Dahleb, Khadija Hashimi, and Ghadban Heibat Allah, who finished third in the women's kata competition.
With this new bronze medal, Algeria's total medal count at the continental championship, which concludes today with the team events in kata and kumite, has risen to 38, including 8 gold, 12 silver, and 18 bronze medals, with hopes for more achievements.
