Amzal is the standout player in the match against Egypt.

In recognition of his outstanding performance, Moroccan international player Ismail Amzal was awarded the Man of the Match in the semi-final of the CAF Africa Futsal Cup of Nations (Morocco 2026), where the Moroccan national team defeated their Egyptian counterparts 6-0 on Monday evening at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.

The technical committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) selected star Ismail Amzal for his significant contribution in leading the "Atlas Lions" to the final, thanks to his scoring ability, decisive movements, support for offensive plays, and high fighting spirit that thwarted the "Pharaohs" throughout the match.

Amzal scored the second and third goals for the Moroccan team in the first half (in the 10th and 15th minutes), significantly contributing to demoralizing the Egyptian defense and securing an early lead in the match.

With this impressive victory, the Moroccan national team will face Angola in the final, aiming to secure their fourth African title and become the sole record holder on the continent, breaking the tie with Egypt.
