Threatening clouds are gathering over AS Vita Club on the administrative front. Already embroiled in several legal disputes, the Kinshasa club now faces a new international judicial procedure before FIFA's football tribunal. This initiative follows a formal complaint filed by their player Jaures Maudsly Ngombe, registered under reference FPSD-25552.

Informed by an official letter dated September 11, 2026, the management of the Green and Black is imposed a very strict timeline by the global football governing body. AS Vita Club has until October 1, 2026, to submit its defense through FIFA's legal portal. If no response is provided within the allotted time, the judges will decide the case solely based on the information provided by the opposing party.

This new situation adds to an already tense legal atmosphere surrounding the Kinshasa team. Nationally, V. Club is also under suspension due to its dispute with Yves Diba Ilunga. Unless a last-minute agreement or amicable resolution is reached, this new case concerning Jaures Maudsly Ngombe is expected to be formally reviewed by FIFA's status chamber in January 2027.
