CR Belouizdad remains at the top of the league, despite recent turmoil within the team.

The suspension of Bouzok for six matches and the drama surrounding Naoufel Khacef have not affected Nabil Maâloul's players, who managed to secure their fourth victory in five matches.

Chabab opened the scoring in the first minute thanks to their Tunisian striker Ben Hamouda, who capitalized on a glaring mistake by defender Fayçal Abdat from a pass by the El Biar goalkeeper.

Ten minutes later, it was the CRB goalkeeper's turn to make a mistake by passing the ball to an opponent, who set up Karim Aribi to equalize (11th).

CRB regained the lead in the 36th minute through a play that started with a clearance from Benayada, as the JSEB defender was outpaced by El Melali, who, starting from the center circle, lobbed the goalkeeper before Boualia finished the move.

In the second half, the Blues equalized again through Aribi, this time with a header from a cross by Guemroud (55th), but the Whites had the final word in the 69th minute, thanks to El Melali, who scored from a pull-back cross by Benayada.

With this 3-2 victory and 13 points, CRB can be caught by MCO and potentially surpassed by MCA, who have only played two matches so far.
