The national military wrestling team achieved 4 medals during the "Senior World Military Beach Wrestling Challenge" held in Lagos, Nigeria, on September 10 and 11.
The team secured a commendable achievement, consisting of one silver medal and three bronze medals, reflecting the advanced level of Algerian military sports on the international stage.
The President of the Algerian Olympic and Sports Committee, Abdel Rahman Hamad, extended his warmest congratulations and sincere appreciation to the Ministry of National Defense, the military sports department, and all members of the national military beach wrestling team for their results in this international event.
Hamad praised the efforts made by the athletes and the technical and administrative teams, emphasizing that these results contribute to raising the national flag in international sports arenas, wishing the team further success and achievements in upcoming competitions.
