Yassir Zebiri Scores Twice in La Liga
Racing Santander secured a 2-1 victory over Deportivo Alavés today, Saturday, in the fifth round of the Spanish football league (La Liga).
With this win, Racing raised their points total to 7, placing them eighth; just behind Atlético Madrid on goal difference in seventh place.
Meanwhile, Deportivo Alavés remains at 10 points, holding onto second place in the temporary standings.
Alavés took the lead with a goal from Phil Kosti in the 18th minute, before Yassir Zebiri equalized for Racing in the 38th minute.
Then, in the 53rd minute, Zebiri scored again to give Racing their second goal and secure the three points.
