Nabil Maaloul Returns to CR Belouizdad
Tunisian coach Nabil Maaloul has returned to training with CR Belouizdad, confirming his continuation with the team.
Maaloul had expressed his desire to resign from coaching "the Syarab" after the derby match against USM Alger, which took place last Saturday. This match was marked by controversial refereeing after 4 penalties were awarded, 3 of which were in favor of USM Alger, who came back from a two-goal deficit to draw 2-2.
Speculation about Maaloul's future with the "Aqiba" intensified, especially after he missed training sessions following the derby due to his trip to Tunisia.
However, the Tunisian coach put all doubts to rest by confirming his commitment to the team, as he attended the team's training in preparation for the match against JSM Skikda on Monday.
It is worth noting that Maaloul will not lead the match against Skikda, which is part of round 8 of the league, from the sidelines, after the disciplinary committee suspended him for one match following his red card in the derby due to receiving two yellow cards.
