A first professional agreement to mark his debut in the elite. Aboulaye Camara, 18 years old, signed his first professional contract with OGC Nice on Friday, the club he has been with for a year.
The promising Mauritanian midfielder made his first appearance in Ligue 1 on September 5, against Le Mans, in a match that ended in a 1-1 draw. This appearance in the league marks a new milestone in his budding career, supported by the trust of the Côte d'Azur club.
“Everything happened very quickly. But here, I have really found the ideal environment to express myself. I know that I have been given confidence and that I benefit from supportive guidance. I really enjoyed last season, and I am also having fun this season, where I am discovering the professional world and all its demands. I will continue to work with humility and ambition. I am very proud of this first professional contract and I want to thank everyone who supports me,” said Aboulaye Camara in remarks reported by Maxifoot.
