As tensions and uncertainties surrounding the leadership of AS Vita Club continue to spark debate, the interim president of the coordination has spoken out. During a recent Space on the social media platform X, hosted by journalist Stanis Bujakera and shared by Eventsrdc, Flory Mapamboli adopted a conciliatory stance towards the divisions within the green and black family.
Speaking about his future at the helm of the Moscow-based club, the leader stated he is fully prepared to step down if it can contribute to peace within the club. “If the unity of the club depends on my departure, I will not hesitate to do so. I will not put V. Club in jeopardy for my own sake. As I mentioned, my goal is to build a stronger Vita than the individuals, including myself,” he asserted.
However, the interim head of V. Club imposes a fundamental condition for any transition at the top of the administration. “I am therefore willing to leave, but everything must be done in strict compliance with the club's regulations, including the statutes and internal rules, as well as all laws governing sports in our country,” emphasized the green and black leader.
By placing the regulations governing discipline and the club's statutes above personal conflicts, Flory Mapamboli seeks to reassure the supporter community. It remains to be seen whether this appeal to regulations and unity will help unlock the institutional situation and facilitate a peaceful transition at the helm of AS Vita Club.
